Red Cabbage Slaw


Ingredients

Slaw

  • 1 medium head of organic red cabbage

  • 1/2 cup organic cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 cup organic carrots, shredded

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons tamari

  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 2” ginger, peeled and grated

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Instructions

Thinly slice the red cabbage into slivers.

In a large bowl, whisk together the tamari, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, salt and pepper.

Add the cabbage and red onion and toss to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving. Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
