Moodboarding your Month - A Seasonal Practice in Visual Intention

One practice I’ve come to love is creating a monthly Pinterest board, a visual sanctuary where my desires, dreams, and mood for the month take shape. Think of it as your digital vision board, rooted in intuition, inspiration, and seasonal flow.

A monthly board becomes more than just aesthetic inspiration, it acts as a compass. It reflects:

  • What you want to feel.

  • How you want to show up.

  • What energy you’re calling in.

  • Which season of your life you're embracing (growth, rest, clarity, or bloom).

By curating images that speak to your inner world (textures, colors, food, fashion, quotes, movement) you begin to create alignment between your internal desires and external choices.

Some gentle prompts as you begin your board:

  • Color palette of the month: What tones calm or energize you?

  • Movement: What type of exercise or rest do you crave?

  • Style & beauty: What makes you feel embodied, radiant, and intentional?

  • Food & nourishment: What meals or seasonal ingredients feel right?

  • Spaces: Homes, gardens, rooms that make you feel rooted.

  • Energy: Words, quotes, art that reflect your current emotional tone.

Let the board hold a balance between practical and poetic. It's not about perfection, it's about resonance.

Let your inner season speak through visuals. It might surprise you what you discover.
