Homemade Pineapple Electrolyte

Juicy, sweet, and packed with nutrients, making this drink a hydration powerhouse!

Every cell in our body needs electrolytes, especially when we’re sweating, working out, or simply trying to stay energized in the heat. This drink includes:

Potassium to support heart health and prevent muscle cramps.

Magnesium for muscle recovery and stress reduction.

Sodium (the good kind) to keep hydration balanced and effective.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (can also substitute with watermelon or any frozen fruit with high water content).

  • 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup

  • 1 1/2 cups organic coconut water

  • 1/2 cup filtered water

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan pink salt

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple (or fruit of choice) with coconut water, filtered water, maple syrup, lime juice and salt. Blend util smooth.

  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for smooth texture.

  3. Pour into a glass (with or without ice) and slice of lime.

  4. Can be stored in a class jar and kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
