Rainbow Crudités with Whipped Feta


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, block

  • 1/2 cup greek full fat yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Assortment of fresh veggies cut into crudité bites such as carrots, cucumber, radish and snap peas.

  • Garnish with fresh herbs or editable flowers


In a food processor, add feta cheese, greek yogurt, lemon zest and blend until the texture is smooth.

Drizzle in olive oil and blend until fully incorporated.

Scoop the mixture out onto a plate. Swirl with the back of a spoon, drizzle with olive oil, add vegetables and garnish as desired.
